Given the expansion and diversification of Asian led south south cooperation, this volume focuses on Asian lessons and partnerships addressing the region’s urbanization challenges, in the context of the New Urban Agenda (NUA) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This volume captures participant experiences and presents the best practices that have emerged as their cities, countries, and organizations have partnered to plan and manage Asia’s urbanization. This volume is a product of 2017 Asian Approaches to Development Cooperation (AADC) dialogue series co-hosted by the Korea Development Institute and The Asia Foundation.
