The Asia Foundation’s Women Business Center and Incubator Project Selected for Korean Citizen Review
July 24, 2019
The Asia Foundation’s Women Business Center and Incubator Project will be evaluated by KOICA’s 2019 End-of-Project Citizen Review Team.
On July 24, KOICA held the inaugural ceremony of the 2019 End-of-Project Citizen Review Team, who will visit KOICA-NGO’s partnership project sites and evaluate their results from a citizen’s perspective. This year, the team will review the Asia Foundation’s Women Business Center and Incubator Project and Siloam Center for the Blind’s Barista Job Creation Project for the Blind in Mongolia. Both projects have been in place in Mongolia for the past three years.
The End-of-Project Citizen Review Team will attend five pre-meetings to study with evaluation experts from July to August. Study topics include understanding ODA, project evaluation materials, and on-site assessment planning. At the end of August, the team will visit the project sites in Mongolia and conduct a final assessment using evaluation methods established by the members. In the last stage, the team will write a report and share performance results based on the final on-site evaluation.
Since 2016, Women Business Center and Incubator Project has been committed to helping women entrepreneurs in Mongolia to start and grow their businesses through educational workshops, one-on-one assistance, co-working and business facilities, and connection with local resources.
