The program featured sessions on applying digital skills in the workplace, digital ethics, and basic digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as experience-sharing and mentoring with professionals. A number of out-of-school youth participated, gaining valuable learning and hands-on experience. 

The participating youth expressed high satisfaction with the program. They also reported improvements in their basic digital skills, confidence in employment and career planning, and understanding of job roles. 

The Asia Foundation plans to provide a company visit opportunity to enhance the out-of-school youth’s understanding of the workplace environment in the second half of this year.
